The Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce is seeking sponsors for the 1st Annual “Carburetor Classic Car Show”. Get great exposure to a great market and receive the benefits of an image-building partnership with an active local non-profit. Our event will have excellent regional media coverage and a great opportunity for your company to get recognition and exposure. Positive name association will follow for all of our sponsors.
Marketing & Promotional Plan:
- 2500 flyers walked, mailed and handed out in local newspapers and supermarkets.
- Posters in local business and civic buildings.
- Street Banners announcing the event.
- Advertising and articles in the local community newspapers.
- Announcements at Churches, Chambers of Commerce, Televised City Council
- Meeting, and schools.
- Extensive email campaign.
Annual sponsorships are offered at the following levels:
Platinum Level – $10,000
Gold Level – $5,000
Silver Level – $2,500
Bronze Level – $1,000
Chamber Supporter Level – $500
Booth space is 10” x 10” and includes an 8-foot table & 2 chairs (table & chairs optional)
• The platinum level includes extra space for setup
• *Size and placement of sponsor name and logo are commensurate with sponsorship level
